Two Ingredient Edible Foam
Aquafaba and cream of tartar come together to make a stable, edible foam that is perfect for sensory play!
Prep Time 10 minutes mins
- 2 cans Unsalted Chickpeas (Garbanzo Beans) Drained, reserving liquid
- 1/2 tsp Cream of Tartar
- 5-10 drops Food Coloring (Optional)
Drain chickpeas, reserving liquid in a large mixing bowl.
Add cream of tartar to mixing bowl.
Beat on high speed with electric mixer until stiff peaks form. This will take 5 to 10 minutes depending on your mixer.
If adding food coloring, separate foam into individual bowls. Add food coloring and gently stir in.
